Terms & Conditions

  1. Label must be in business under the same designer label name for minimum 3 years upto 10 years & presents credentials and designs under men’s wear (ready to wear) or women’s wear (ready to wear) / both categories (ready to wear).

  2. Designer must be based in India.

  3. Designer must submit the presentation & fill the registration form as per the deadline mentioned and the selected designer must proactively participate and fully co-operate with Reliance Brands Limited (RBL) and Fashion Trust Arabia (FTA) towards ensuring all the deliverables & timelines are met on time.

  4. Presentations will only be accepted once the registration form is filled and submitted in Phase 1.

  5. The collection submitted should not be released or showcased elsewhere including retail, social media / Digital or print media, stores or E-commerce. It is up to the designer to decide which season/collection he/she wants to showcase at the event.

  6. Designer to strictly follow & ensure the collection submitted is as per the evaluation criteria, guidance note & guidelines set forth by the organisers in the application kit

  7. All designs submitted must be an original work of the showcasing designer. The designer alone shall be solely responsible and indemnify the Organizers for any claims, including but not limited to copyright/trademark infringement, legal costs etc. Under no circumstances whatsoever, shall the Organizers be responsible and/or liable for any such claims received.

  8. Designers selected in Phase 1 will be asked to present at the India Jury round in Mumbai along with 10 physical samples from the collection which will be a part of phase 2. Designers selected in Phase 2 will be forwarded to Fashion Trust Arabia who will then select the final 3 designers to participate in the final round of selections in Doha, Qatar on November 2025

  9. Must not enter in any brand collaboration of a commercial/promotional nature linked to your collection submitted
